I love this shirt and what it stands for. The chance to help a child receive surgery they otherwise would not receive. What a great thing to do!

Chronic Disease Fund
I love this organization. They help provide funding for medications people desperately need when they are dealing with a terminal or chronic disease. When they don't have insurance to cover the costs. I personally have a chronic disease and I am thankful that I don't need the help of the Chronic Disease Fund, but for so many their help is life saving. I bought this beautiful bracelet to support this organization. It reminds me that my health should never be taken for granted and that I should rejoice in the good days when I am not in pain.

Dream Foundation Bracelet
This is one of my favorite items that I wear regularly with my work uniform. This leather wrap bracelet in navy blue costs $21 and 100% of the proceeds goes to the Dream Foundation. This organization grants wishes to those who are dealing with a terminal illness. It's fashionable and supports a great cause. Everytime I look down at my wrist it reminds me of how life is short and each day is a gift.

The Cause Fashionista
I have found that clothes are necessary but we as consumers can choose what we wear. So I choose to wear clothes, jewelry & shoes that support various causes. Clothes where I know a certain portion of my money is directly helping something other than corporate big business. Clothes that represent a passion for something I believe in helping by buying their product.
My clothes often create conversation when I get asked where I got a particular item I am wearing. It's a chance to tell people about an organization they may have never heard about it. I feel good about buying the item and feel just as good sharing information about why I bought it.
So my hope is to share various cause items I personally own and wear as part of my wardrobe.
